The Outlook Out of Office Assistant automatically responds to those who email you while you are away.
BrainStorm’s QuickHelp™ video-training (a service to which our organization is subscribed) can teach you how to set up your Out of Office rule in about two minutes.
To access QuickHelp and learn how to use the Out of Office Assistant, click on the yellow button below and follow these steps:
·         Sign on and click on the ‘QuickHelp’ tab within QuickHelp
·         Narrow your topics by filtering for Outlook
·         Enter “Out of Office” in your search box
·         Watch, learn, and become an expert!
